With this vision, Klemantin opened its doors on May 2, 2008, in Istanbul—a city that uniquely bridges two continents, Europe and Asia, and is home to18 million people. Known for its rich history as the capital of the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman Empires, Istanbul provided the perfect backdrop for Klemantin to share its passion for baking. After15 years of creativity and connection, Klemantin closed its doors on May, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of quality, innovation, and community impact. As an "Open Kitchen Bakery & Patisserie," Klemantin gave its customers the chance to watch, experience, and enjoy the process behind its creations, operating as a boutique production facility with full transparency through glass panels.

Klemantin had continued a deep-rooted family tradition while sharing the harmony of flavors with its customers. Though Klemantin has closed, its values and traditions continue to inspire. Offering a diverse range of products—from mini desserts to cakes, pastries, and quiches—Klemantin blended Eastern and Western flavors with care. Led by its internationally experienced chef and founder, Deniz Orhun, all products were crafted without additives in a professional setting. Klemantin set itself apart as a leader in its industry, excelling in waste management, production efficiency, food safety, and hygiene, while focusing on empowering women by teaching them the vocation of cooking and encouraging them to join the workforce.
